Order & schedule
Cabinets ordered to spec, delivery confirmed, and your install window locked in. We coordinate any adjacent trades (countertop templating, plumbing disconnects) so the sequence runs cleanly.
Install & finish
Existing cabinets removed, new cabinets installed level and square, hardware fitted, and all finish details — moulding, filler strips, toe kicks — completed before we leave. Your dedicated project manager is on-site through installation.

Stock cabinets come in fixed sizes and limit your layout flexibility. Semi-custom offers a wider range of sizes, finishes, and interior fittings — the right balance of flexibility and cost for most Puget Sound remodels. Full custom is built to exact dimensions and is the best choice when your kitchen has non-standard geometry or very specific design requirements. How long does a full cabinet replacement take?
From signed proposal to finished install, typically two to four weeks — depending on the product lead time and the kitchen's scope. Your written proposal gives a firm timeline by phase.
Can you replace just the lower cabinets and keep the uppers?
Yes. We do selective replacements regularly — lower-only, upper-only, or a single run that's worn beyond the rest. We'll advise honestly if a mismatch in height or depth would create a visible inconsistency.
